Introduction
Our profile is the design, manufacture and construction of modern, aesthetic, steel-framed buildings that not only look good on the design table and 3D plans, but also represent value for our customers for many years after construction. We can achieve all this by being present from the beginning to the very end of the construction process.
Our architects design the building based on the needs of the customer. The elements of the planned building are produced in our fabricating hall equipped with modern production machines. Our experienced construction team then ensure that everything is in place.
By coordinating the design and building processes, we can flexibly create the agricultural, industrial and warehouse building, or even office building and family house that you need.
ARCHITECTURE
Architectural design provides a good basis for structural design and construction as the first step in the construction process. As a general designers, it is our job to bring together all the industry participants needed for the completion of the building, so we provide solutions to most problems right from the design stage. Our buildings are built in a BIM approach, so the completed plan has all the information that may be needed during construction or for building management.
To meet our customer's needs, our goal is to create high-quality buildings that live in harmony with their surroundings. Our designs are characterized by a strong concept and innovative structural solutions. Thus, steel structure and the typical materials of industrial buildings are appear in almost all of our designs besides traditional construction technologies.
Our design team was brought together by the harmony developed during previous collaborative works, architectural competitions and university planning and by the commitment to architecture. Bringing this enthusiasm into office life we dream the buildings and architectural competitions together.
Our main profile is industrial building design, but our references also include family houses, office buildings and public buildings. In addition of the design of specific customer buildings, we like to participate in architectural competitions that help us develop ourselves, gain experience and to stay up-to-date in contemporary architecture.
STRUCTURAL DESIGN
Our structural design team started working in 2016. Over the past years, we have gained experience in hundreds of domestic and foreign projects.
Szerkezettervező csapatunk 2016-ban kezdte meg a tevékenységét. Az eltelt évek alatt több száz hazai és külföldi projektben szereztünk tapasztalatot. Elsősorban acél vázas épületek teljes körű statikai tervezésével foglalkozunk. Az acél mellett előszeretettel alkalmazunk öszvér megoldásokat mind vízszintes mind függőleges teherviselő elemek esetén, valamint folyamatosan feszegetjük a tűzvédelemmel kapcsolatos kérdéseket is.
Tervezési szemléletünk meghatározó éveit jelentette az első pár év, amikor leginkább mezőgazdasági épületeket terveztünk. Ez az egyik leginkább árérzékeny része a piacnak, ahol néhány felesleges kiló a munka elvesztését jelenti. Minden szerkezetünket optimalizáljuk, megvizsgálunk több szerkezeti kialakítást, hogy azután a legkedvezőbbet ajánlhassuk a beruházónak.
Szoftveres felszereltségünk lehetővé teszi, hogy a kor elvárásainak megfelelően BIM alapon dolgozzunk együtt a tervezőtársakkal. A részletes szerkezeti modell és a terhek számítógépes modellezése hozzájárul a minél pontosabb eredmény minél rövidebb idő alatti eléréséhez.

STEEL STRUCTURE FABRICATING
Gyártócsarnokunkban az általunk tervezett épületszerkezetek gyártását végezzük, a legkorszerűbb technológiákkal és a legmodernebb berendezésekkel. Ennek eredményeként bérgyártást is vállalunk. A megfelelő alapanyag megmunkálásáról, a szerkezetek pontos összeállításáról és a tartós, minőségi kivitelezésről a cégünknél működtetett ISO EN 1090-es szabályrendszer gondoskodik.
GENERAL CONSTRUCTION
Kivitelező csapatunk az ország szinte minden pontján bizonyított már. A legegyszerűbb acélszerkezettől, a stadion lelátó lefedéséig rengeteg referenciával rendelkezünk. A komplexitás jegyében szerkezet építési feladatokon túl vállaljuk a tető- és homlokzatburkolati rendszerek telepítését és a szükséges bádogos munkálatok elvégzését.
A kivitelezés a legrégebbi tevékenységeink közé tartozik. Elsődlegesen acélszerkezetek szerelésével és burkolásával kezdtünk el foglalkozni, majd alvállalkozói körünk kiterjesztésével folyamatosan egészítettük ki kőműves, elektromos és gépészeti munkákkal.
