During the planning of the logistics park, we developed a site development concept and marketing materials based on the client’s requirements. The plans provide guidance for future investors regarding the maximum hall sizes and infrastructure capacities that can be accommodated on each individual plot. The surrounding road network was designed to efficiently serve buildings with different industrial functions and operational needs. In addition to fulfilling industrial requirements, it was also important for us to preserve as much green space as possible, creating a more comfortable working environment for future employees.
Both structurally and architecturally, the buildings were designed using a modular system, simplifying both the planning and construction processes while also creating a unified visual identity across the development area. The halls feature steel structural systems combined with sandwich panel cladding. The structural grid spacing remains consistent throughout all buildings, and the architectural elements are identical, differing only in their arrangement and variation.
This modular approach allows investors to easily modify or interchange pre-designed building elements, enabling them to create industrial facilities best suited to their operational needs. The predefined module system consists of three main categories: hall size variations, office building floor plan configurations, and façade elements including doors, windows, and additional architectural features.
