The project was joined after the building permit had already been obtained. The originally reinforced concrete-framed structure was immediately redesigned into a steel structure system. Fire resistance compliance for the columns was ensured through concrete filling. Thanks to the selected structural framework, the main girders were subject to a more favorable 15-minute fire resistance requirement, which could be achieved by the steel structure itself through the appropriate section selection, without additional fire protection.
While the steel structure was being fabricated, we completed the foundation works, then assembled and clad the building on-site. Our contract also included the execution of all additional construction works except for the electrical installations.
