Pig Farm in Solt

The construction of the roof structure of the pig farm built in Solt

Construction of the Roof Structure for a Pig Fattening Facility

The 1264-capacity pig fattening project in Solt serves as an excellent example of how we contribute to the success of agricultural constructions. The steel roof structure we designed and built plays a key role in the building’s functionality and durability, meeting the strict requirements of industrial facilities.

Innovative Roofing Solutions

The roof structure is composed of steel trusses and sandwich panels, ensuring optimal thermal insulation and long-lasting durability. The insulated panels meet modern architectural standards, enabling the energy-efficient operation of the building. The steel roof structure not only complements the industrial character of the facility aesthetically but also stands out for its weather resistance and structural stability.

Durable Foundations for Stability

The building’s walls, which support the roof structure, are made of reinforced concrete with external insulation. The base slab is constructed from C25/30 concrete, guaranteeing long-term stability and resistance to mechanical stresses. Proper foundation and structural design ensure the optimal load-bearing capacity of the roof structure.

Functional and Sustainable Solutions

During the design of the pig fattening facility, special attention was given to sustainability alongside its industrial purpose. The sandwich panels and steel purlins contribute to energy efficiency, while the ventilation system beneath the roof ensures proper airflow, creating optimal conditions for the animals.

Our team placed great emphasis on precision and compliance with standards throughout the construction of the roof structure, ensuring high-quality results.
