As part of the project, the new showroom of Wellis was fully designed by our team. The design process included the preparation of permit documentation, detailed construction plans, and interior design concepts.
We presented two concept designs to the client, and after one was selected, we were commissioned to both design and construct the building. Shortly after obtaining the building permit, we fabricated and erected the steel structure forming the building’s main framework. At the same time, the interior design process was also progressing. Following the approval of the interior design plans, our company coordinated their full implementation as well.
From the beginning of the design phase to the completion of the investment, the entire project took approximately 10 months to realize.
