Showroom and Warehouse Building Construction

The construction process began with soil stabilization and excavation works, followed by the implementation of modern foundation systems. The project then continued with the erection of the steel structure, plinth construction, and waterproofing works.

After the application of the fire-protection coatings on the steel structures, the construction of the roof system and roof cladding commenced, together with the installation of the dry intermediate floor structure in the office areas. Doors, windows, industrial gates, and skylight systems were also installed during this phase.

Once the warehouse buildings became fully enclosed and weatherproof, mechanical and electrical installations could begin, followed by the execution of the industrial flooring systems. In the final phase of the project, the complete interior architectural, mechanical, and electrical fit-out works were carried out, resulting in a fully functional modern industrial complex.
